Summer Sales

As I have promised to update about the summer sales, here I am now..

I know I am a lil late coz I was...erm....busy + lazy xD

The place where we do our shopping most.........................MEADOWHALL !!

Its mostly Meadowhall as it is the largest and the only shopping complex here..HAHAHAH

Anyway, we have to get a train down there which cost us 2.20pounds for a return ticket. And only for the month of JULY, we went there for 3 times..and with some simple math calculation, I spent RM33 just to travel down there.

Bought this for my beloved mummy!!

Reason of me getting this is because of the name of this perfume. It has the same name as my mum and it smells good too =))

When I first came to UK, I brought 3 pairs of shoes and now I have ....................................

............. 6 pairs !!! hahahha...but mostly are flip flops..so not counted I guess??

And then I got another one...a total of 7 !!

Not gonna get any more coz I've reach my favourite number 7 ♥

Yessss, Beckham was once 7 :)

So my baby nike has a partner now. She is no longer lonely anymore ...... HAHAHHA =__="'

I know i know...I am weird sometimes =D

Wearing this cap makes me look like a soldier going for a war !! Dont believe me? Come lets fight..hahha...I will never win by hitting, but will always win by tickling :p

And there is another shopping paradise called Cheshire Oaks.

This is really a shopping paradise. Its a designer outlet, therefore things are cheaper here. Every brands has its own shop and there are a total of 166 shops there...WOAH rite??

The bad news is, the sales started for quite some time already, thus not much suitable sizes are available..

There is even road signs for the shops.

I am doing fine here. Appreciating everyday and trying to make everyday a memorable one :)

Loving the weather here for sure, but it makes me darker. How can I not get darker when I am actually using tanning lotion instead of whitening lotion? HAHA....but I like it dark and I like my lotion ♥♥♥

Spent quite a lot these days cause UK is having summer sales !! We tend not to realize the amount of money spent because things are cheap without conversion and a lot of them are still quite cheap after conversion. And we shop with our visa debit card. Swiping card is even worst ...just slot your card in, key in your pin number and DONE....simple.

Sometimes when things get simple, it might not be that good.

Will post about the sales when I am free. Btw, I bought something really worth it from Body Shop.

The Tea Tree facial cleanser and toner. Its 3 for the price of 2. I bought 3 of course =)

I share it with my friend and he took the cleanser while I took the other cleanser and toner.

Wanna have a guess of how much it cost us for a bottle? As I rmb, its around RM45 for a bottle back in M'sia but we got it for only 3pounds a bottle =O

MWAHAHAHHAHAH.... super cheap !! Should have bought a dozen...we can wash till our face rot =D

Happy Father's Day ♥♥

It's Father's Day tomorrow (20 June) for those who din't know or forgotten about it. But YOU (yes...!! finger's pointing at you !! lolzz) are just so lucky to visit my Bloggie cause I know I just reminded YOU =) weeeeee~~

If you have not done anything yet, seriously you should get yourself up from whatever you are sitting on right now whether it's a chair, bed or who knows.....toilet bowl..? HAHA... or maybe if you are far away from home, grab your phone and...................wish your daddy Happy Father's Day :)


A father share his unconditional love, sacrifice, strength and dependability to his child. What else can a child do back for his/her father is all up to them but wishing your dad Happy Father's Day would be one of the most simple thing a child can do.


Just a wish and thank you would mean a lot to a father for he does all things for his child without hoping for any return instead to see them grow happily and have a blessed life.

Today is the day ❤

I made a short story from the picture I took.

Once upon a time, there was a prince and a princess who were so in love with each other.

Their love blossom from the first day they met. One day, the prince need to go for a battle in order to save his country.

They encourage each other to always look on the bright side no matter what happens.....

......and to be happy all the time even though they have to be apart from each other.

The prince then went for the battle while the princess waited for him patiently with prayers from day and night hoping that he will come back safely.

Time continue to pass by from days to weeks, weeks to months and months to years and finally the prince came back with joy after he won the battle.......

.......and they lived happily ever after.

Sheffield here I am :)

First of all, I would like to say hi to my almost-going-dead-blog. =P

HarLooooo bloggie =)

I know I have abandon it for quite some time..

So here I am today having a little say about my stay in SHEFFIELD, UK.

Yup...! That's my current location and will be staying here till Sept for my studies.

My flight was from Penang-Singapore-Munich-Manchester. It took about 20 hours to reach Manchester !!!

Can you imagine that...? 20 hours in the plane !!

Erm.....not fully 20 hours, there were times of waiting in the airport too.

And it took us another 1 hour plus to reach Victoria Hall which is our hostel in Sheffield.

So, the total is 20 + 1 hour plus = 21hour plus. Simple math...LOL

Dear readers: Jo Lin is nuts..Who doesn't know how to calculate that?

Me: Yeah sometimes I am..and I am just making it easier for lazy minded people..if earlier you din't know that 20+1 hour plus was 21 hour plus, means you are really a lazy minded person..don't get offended ya..that was not to offend anyone...Heeeee xD

It is a great experience which I am experiencing now. A once in a life time experience :) or maybe I'll come here again for my honeymoon next time?? ;)

I love the weather even though I am a person whose afraid of the cold. You cant barely feel your own hand, nose or even your ear and wont feel tired as well after walking for hours cause you wont sweat!!!

And although it makes my lips crack and my skin dry...it's worth it because there is something called lip balm and lotion and moisturizer to be applied on...Mwahahahha

But guess what? my lip balm crack as well...HAHAHA....guess it's really TOO cold.

At Manchester!! We arrived at 2.30pm(M'sia)/7.30am(UK)

And guess what...?

I was given a room on the most top floor!! Sigh..they are just not considerate...letting me a girl to carry my 21kg luggage (which is considered quite light because every other person I asked carries more than 27kg) up to the 3rd floor and instead a guy with a 20kg luggage on the 1st floor..zzzzzz

Luckily a really kind person helped me out :):)

There, the most top floor is where I live..This place is called Victoria Hall.

A nice place to stay indeed :)

My room!!! I've got a bigger bed compared to the others..Its a super single size bed which 2 person can sleep on.

Farewell gifts :)

On the plane.

Meals I had on the plane. Before I could fall asleep, they would come by with food or drinks. Was well fed on the plane.. =)

Lunch in a Chinese restaurant. It cost 6.60 pounds for my pork rib rice with capsicum. That is about RM30 +..woah!!

But the portion was really big, so meals in UK can always be shared or "tapau balik".

See !! Another big portion of lunch I had. This cost 5.80 pounds with drinks and dessert.

I think what Mama told me was true that when I am back from UK I'll look round...She is cute!! she said ROUND and not FAT. Haha

But I hope her grandson will look "rounder" because he practically complains everyday saying he is too thin. Both of them are just as cute xD

This is our lunch during the welcome event. And that is what I took. I know I was a lil too GREEDY to take that much xD

And another set of my lunch ! I seriously think I can grow "round" staying in UK. Can ignore my protein and full cream milk diet already coz it doesn't work. And I have been eating lots of chocolate too because its cheap here !!!

Toiletry stuffs are CHEAP in UK even their clothing but not so for the food.

Living expenses in UK is not really high actually if I earn in POUNDS...So, perhaps I should work here next time?

This lotion is 2 for 1 pound. Cheap rite? But look at it properly. It's for medium to dark skin and it even helps to build tan !! Hahahha....I know I am not dark enough, perhaps u want me to look darker just like you? just joking about that..Or you din't know its for tanning as well? Guess both of us were really blur !!

Anyway, I am happy to share anything with you and hope u'll have a really flawless tan skin

Oh ya...Currently I am using LEBARA!!! Sounds really weird right? It seriously sounds weird to me. Its one of the cheapest provider here which cost 5 pence per min to call back to M'sia and free calls and messages between Lebara users :)

Oh....one more thing to share. I guess all the guys here must be really happy.

WHY? WHY? WHY?

The Uni gives away FREE condoms to everyone. A person (does not matter whether you are a guy or a girl) can take 20 condoms a month ! HAHA

I was thinking, if a couple (which is a guy and a girl...OBVIOUSLY ;) or perhaps there are two guys..who knows? LOL) would take it each month, means there would be 40 condoms in a month.

Ang mo's are really active. LOL....

I am laughing my way out while typing this.

I might take it..........................to SELL!!! Bwahahaahahha (don't simply think lahhh)
